By using TitanStack's services or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms form a binding agreement between you and TitanStack.

TitanStack provides custom AI automation systems, applied AI engineering, bespoke tools, and implementation and integration services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of our services with reasonable notice.

You agree to provide accurate information, use our services only for lawful purposes, respect intellectual property rights, and not reverse engineer or copy our proprietary solutions.

Fees are based on project scope and complexity and are due per the agreed schedule; late payments may incur charges. Custom development work and completed deliverables are generally non-refundable.

TitanStack retains rights to its methodologies and frameworks. Custom solutions built specifically for you become your property upon full payment. You retain ownership of your business data and content.

Both parties maintain strict confidentiality of information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our services.

We strive for optimal performance but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific business outcomes. TitanStack's liability is limited to amounts paid for our services, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Sales Rep OS Cloud is a monthly subscription, currently $19 per month, billed through Stripe. Your first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial; a card is required, and you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. The subscription renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal (the "Manage billing" link in your account status), and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial months: the free trial is the time to decide whether the product is right for you. We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email, effective from your next renewal.

The Sales Rep OS plugin and the instructions the service provides to it are licensed, not sold, for use with an active subscription by you and your own users. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them, or use them to build a competing product. Sales Rep OS finds publicly available business information and contact details; it never contacts anyone for you. You are responsible for how you use the results, including complying with anti-spam, telemarketing, and privacy laws (such as CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, and GDPR where they apply) when you contact anyone. Lead data, signals, scores, and email confidence labels are provided as is, without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or results. Searches, verification, and enrichment run with your own Claude plan and your own provider accounts (such as Hunter, Apollo, and Google); their fees, limits, and terms are between you and them.

"Contributed Data" means the following, to the extent it is collected or recorded through Sales Rep OS while you are bound by these terms: (a) business information found through public research in your runs, including company names, websites, locations, industries, and publicly observable business events (such as job postings, technology changes, funding, or expansion), each with its public source; (b) professional contact information about individuals acting in a business capacity that the service's research agents found on publicly available pages, such as a company website or public registry, together with its source; and (c) results of your own email sending that you report to the service, such as whether a message bounced, was delivered, or received a reply. Contributed Data never includes: information returned to you by a third-party data provider using your own account or API key (including Hunter, Apollo, or Google), or any sending result for an email address such a provider found; your targeting, meaning which companies you selected or pursued, your hunt brief or ideal customer profile, signal profiles, scores, notes, or exclusion lists; the content of your conversations with Claude; or anything that identifies you or your organization as its source.

You grant TitanStack a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, copy, combine, aggregate, analyze, and modify Contributed Data, and to make it, or works derived from it, available to other customers and third parties as part of TitanStack's products and services, provided that TitanStack does not disclose that you were the source. You confirm you have the right to provide the sending results you report, and that you will not report data you are prohibited from sharing. Contributed Data is added to TitanStack's shared dataset without any record of which customer provided it. Because it cannot be traced back to you, it remains in the shared dataset under this license after your workspace is deleted.

If your subscription ends, we keep your workspace for 12 months after the end of your final billing period so you can resubscribe and pick up where you left off, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time by emailing emma@titanstack.io from your account email; we will delete it within 30 days of verifying the request. Deleting your workspace permanently removes your hunt brief and settings, your run history, your targeting and scores, and the contact details found for you, including anything a third-party data provider returned on your accounts. It cannot be undone, and later runs will no longer skip companies you have already seen. Contributed Data stays in the shared dataset as described above.

TitanStack will honor requests from individuals to access, correct, or delete professional contact information about them in the shared dataset as required by applicable law. When an individual asks to be deleted, we also stop adding information about them to the shared dataset. Separately, TitanStack may use information about how Sales Rep OS is used, combined across customers and de-identified so that it does not identify you or any individual, to operate, secure, and improve the service (for example, which kinds of buying signals tend to lead to replies). TitanStack does not disclose your targeting to other customers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration does not apply, in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. Product licenses are governed by The AI Workforce Commercial License Agreement at titanstack.io/license, which uses the same governing law and venue.
