Fees are based on project scope and complexity and are due per the agreed schedule; late payments may incur charges. Custom development work and completed deliverables are generally non-refundable.

TitanStack retains rights to its methodologies and frameworks. Custom solutions built specifically for you become your property upon full payment. You retain ownership of your business data and content.

Both parties maintain strict confidentiality of information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our services.

We strive for optimal performance but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific business outcomes. TitanStack's liability is limited to amounts paid for our services, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, with disputes resolved through binding arbitration or the court system where arbitration does not apply.
