TitanStack is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your information. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our services, visit our website, or engage with our AI systems.

Contact and company details you provide, responses you submit through assessments and other forms, and technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage patterns collected via cookies and similar technologies.

To provide requested scorecards and reports, process purchases and deliver the products you buy, follow up about your order, setup, and related product updates, respond to inquiries, evaluate fit for our services, improve our services and website, personalize your experience, meet legal obligations, and analyze usage. We send text messages only if you opt in at checkout; reply STOP at any time to stop.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers under confidentiality agreements, when required by law, or with your explicit consent.

Vercel Web Analytics collects anonymous, cookie-free site usage data. By default, we also enable Microsoft Clarity session analytics, Google Analytics, Google advertising, and Meta (Facebook) advertising technologies to measure site performance, understand how visitors use the website, and measure our advertising. Clarity masks sensitive form content by default. You can opt out of these technologies, or change your choice, at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer; opting out is saved in your browser and applies across the site.

If you subscribe to Sales Rep OS, our service stores your prospecting workspace: your configuration (hunt brief, exclusions, and settings), the companies, buying signals, decision makers, and contact details your runs find, your run history, the sending outcomes you choose to log (bounces, deliveries, replies), and usage counts. It does not store your conversations with Claude, and it never receives your Hunter, Apollo, or Google API keys: those lookups run on your own computer, and only their results are saved. For Google verification we store only a place ID and a status, as Google's terms require. Your targeting (which companies you pursue, your hunt brief, scores, and exclusions) is private to your account and is never shown to other customers. We use Stripe for payments, WorkOS for sign-in, and Fly.io to host the service. We keep a customer's workspace while they subscribe and for 12 months after their subscription ends, then delete it. To have it deleted sooner, email emma@titanstack.io from your account email.

Customers of Sales Rep OS research businesses that may be a fit for what they sell. Under our Terms of Service, public business information found in that research (company details, public business events, and the names, job titles, and business contact details of people at those businesses, as published on public pages) and customers' own email delivery results are combined into a business dataset that TitanStack uses to improve its products and may make available to other customers. We do not include information that customers obtain from third-party data providers on their own accounts, and we do not record which customer contributed any item. If you are an individual in this dataset, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at emma@titanstack.io, and once deleted we will not add you again.

We process data only for agreed service delivery, with strict controls over storage, access, and retention, segmented environments and strong authorization boundaries designed to reduce exposure risk.

We apply enterprise-grade safeguards including encryption, secure servers, role-based access controls, and regular security audits, and continuously improve our infrastructure and incident-response practices.

You may access, update, or delete your information, opt out of marketing, request a copy of your data, or restrict certain processing activities.

We align internal controls with compliance aspirations including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and related governance standards appropriate for enterprise operating contexts.
