01 · Audit
AI operations audit for growing companies
The short answer
A two-week audit of your company’s workflows, tools, reporting and AI readiness. We identify the highest-leverage use cases, train the team on practical AI usage, and hand back a 90-day strategy built on your business.
It is a standalone engagement. You keep the strategy whether or not you build anything with us afterward.
We’ll compare notes and see whether an audit makes sense.
Why an audit first
Most companies do not have an AI problem. They have a clarity problem that looks like an AI problem. The owner knows the team is doing too much manually, but not which workflows should be trained, automated or left alone. Automation aimed at the wrong step is expensive and it does not show up in the P&L.
The audit exists to make that decision on evidence instead of instinct. Two weeks, a fixed number, and a strategy that names the specific workflows worth improving in your company rather than in companies generally.
What we measure
01 · Utilization
Where the team’s hours actually go, by account and by activity. Almost every agency is surprised by at least one line.
02 · Reporting hours per client
How long a reporting cycle really takes end to end, including the checking and correcting that never gets logged. This is usually the largest single recoverable block.
03 · Tool sprawl
What you pay for, what is actually used, and where two tools are doing one job. Software spend is the easiest saving to find and the least interesting one — the real cost of sprawl is the human work of moving data between the tools.
04 · Data integrity
Whether the numbers reconcile across your ad platforms and CRM. If they do not, every automation built on top of them inherits the error and scales it.
What the numbers have looked like
96.1% of data discrepancies resolved across a client’s reporting stack.
$115,000 in hidden pricing variance surfaced for Supply Logic in a single operations audit.
Five weeks to under an hour for one recurring process.
Over $40,000 a year in software and staffing replaced.
Who this is not for
- Agencies under five people. There is rarely enough process to measure, and the honest answer is usually a tool rather than an engagement.
- Anyone looking for AI applied to their clients’ campaigns. This is about your own delivery cost; we do not do media buying, creative or campaign work.
- Agencies that already know exactly what they want built. Skip the audit and go straight to scoping the build — paying to diagnose something you have already diagnosed is waste.
How it runs
A kickoff call to agree scope and get access. Ten working days of analysis on your platforms, reporting and time data. One working session in the second week to pressure-test the findings with you. Then the written strategy.

Common questions
What does an AI operations audit cost?
TitanStack scopes the two-week AI operations audit / readiness assessment after a short intro conversation. The scope is set before the work starts rather than billed hourly. Build engagements that follow are scoped separately.
How long does the audit take?
Two weeks from kickoff to the delivered strategy. Most of the elapsed time is us working through your data and tooling rather than your team sitting in workshops — expect a kickoff call, access to your platforms and reporting, and one working session in the second week.
What do we actually get at the end?
An AI strategy built on your company’s specific circumstances rather than a generic readiness score: where manual work is going, which workflows should be improved first, what the team needs to learn, and what should deliberately be left alone. It is written to be actionable whether or not you hire anyone to build it.
What does the audit look at?
Four things: utilization across the team, reporting hours per client, tool sprawl and what each tool is actually used for, and data integrity across your ad platforms and CRM. Those four are where agency delivery margin is normally lost, and they are measurable rather than a matter of opinion.
Do we have to hire you for the build afterwards?
No. The audit is a standalone fixed-price engagement and the strategy is yours regardless. Some companies take it in-house, some bring in their own developers, and some engage TitanStack for the build. The audit is priced to stand on its own rather than as a loss-leader that only pays off if you buy again.
Is this for our agency or for our clients?
Your company. This audit looks at your own operations — the reporting, data, customer communication and admin work your team does every week. It does not produce recommendations for your customers’ marketing or campaigns.
